Exhibitor Information and Guidelines

Move-In Schedule

April 11: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
April 12: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

During move-in, trucks and trailers may be driven to your booth for unloading purposes. Please ensure that this process is completed quickly to allow access for other exhibitors. After unloading, vehicles should be promptly driven back outside the venue. Exhibitors are kindly requested to clean up any messes they create during the move-in process.

Move-Out Schedule

April 14: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
April 15: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

For move-out, exhibitors are required to vacate the premises according to the following schedule.

Exhibitor Badges and Entrance

Exhibitor badges will be provided during the move-in period. The exhibitor entrance is located beside the Zamboni door on the west side of the building.

Exhibitor Parking

Exhibitor parking is available in the west parking lot, located at the back of the building near the exhibitor entrance and Zamboni door. Please note that all other parking areas are reserved for the public.

Electricity

The event does not offer power supply, but the arenas have existing electricity that you can access at no cost. Please ensure to bring your own CSA-approved extension cords and refrain from plugging in until just before the show commences. All booths requiring power are located around the perimeter of the arenas to prevent trip hazards caused by cords on the floor. Additionally, please avoid bringing equipment that may overload the circuits.

Security and Property Responsibility

The Show is not responsible for any exhibitor property or displays. Exhibitors are advised to remove any valuables from their booths. The venue is staffed by arena personnel before and after the show, and the building is equipped with alarm systems for security purposes.

Noise Regulations

Exhibitors are reminded to maintain appropriate noise levels within their booths. If neighboring exhibitors express concerns about excessive noise, exhibitors are expected to address the issue promptly by reducing noise levels.

Thank you for your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
